Mr. Kwapong is a seasoned businessman with over 15 years of experience in business development, finance & leasing, project management, Mining and Logistics, Strategy and policy formulation.

He has over the years worked in various sectors ranging from sales and marketing, mining , finance and leasing, construction and project management etc. He possesses enormous skills in business startups and business advisory and has the turnkey capabilities of turning challenges into opportunities.

He brings his in-depth entrepreneurial experience to the board to drive the overall strategy and business objectives of Briz Developers. Mr Kwapong is the Managing Director of M4 Construction & Mining Support Services Limited. He hold’s a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of East London  and Diploma in Law from Newham College in the United Kingdom.
